Terms of Service

By accessing this website or engaging Senisho Media Limited ("the Company") for creative, digital, multimedia, or technology services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Services

Senisho Media Limited provides specialized B2B services, including brand identity design, print preparation, corporate website engineering, UI/UX design, and short-form/animated video editing. Each project engagement will be accompanied by an official, signed Service Level Agreement (SLA) or digital quote that overrides general website descriptions.

2. Financial Terms & Payment Milestones

• Mobilization Deposit: A non-refundable 50% mobilization deposit is required to activate any project timeline.
• Milestone Payments: The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed contract timeline (typically 30% mid-project and 20% right before deployment).
• Late Payments: Failure to clear outstanding invoices within seven (7) business days of delivery notification will result in a temporary suspension of live website servers or a delay in releasing final un-watermarked high-resolution animated media files.

3. Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership

• Pre-Payment Stage: All draft logos, website design wireframes, video concepts, and initial storyboards presented during production remain the exclusive intellectual property of Senisho Media Limited.
• Post-Payment Stage: Upon receipt of 100% full final payment, absolute ownership, copyright, and distribution rights of the final approved design assets, live website files, and master video formats automatically transfer to the Client.
• Portfolio Showcase: Unless explicitly restricted by a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Senisho Media Limited retains the right to display completed project screenshots, design concepts, and animated clips on our portfolio website and marketing channels as case studies.

4. Client Revisions and Approvals

• Every design or animation stage includes a maximum of three (3) structural rounds of revisions.
• Any revisions requested after a client has explicitly signed off on a milestone (e.g., changing a voiceover script after the animation movement phase has ended) will be treated as an out-of-scope addition and billed at our standard hourly rate of ₦15,000/hour.

5. Limitation of Liability

Senisho Media Limited builds high-end digital infrastructure and visual assets to help grow your business. However, we are not legally or financially liable for any unexpected loss of revenue, business interruptions, third-party server hosting downtimes, or cyberattacks that occur on client platforms after final website deployment and handover.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through arbitration prior to pursuing court proceedings.
